Design wird falsch angezeigt

Hallo Leute,
ich habe folgendes Problem.
Tagelang habe ich an meinem neuen Design gefeilt und gedacht ich hätte was rezeptables zusammengestellt.
Dann bin ich beim Kollegen und will ihm die HP zeigen und plötzlich sehe ich,das es ganz anders dargestellt wird als auf meinem Rechner.

Ich muss dabei sagen,das ich den Internet-Explorer benutze.
